Bill is an experienced entrepreneur and director specialising in internet, telecoms and technology businesses. He has led a number of successful private equity funded businesses and recently retired from a 7-year spell at Iomart PLC (IOM) spanning founder to non-exec positions. Bill has been a Director of Demon Internet, Prestel, Teledata, Scottish Telecom (Thus) and several other companies. His early career was with Unisys in the UK and Australia.

Bill has an Honours degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of St.Andrews, and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.

Max is in charge of all operational activities within Easydate. As well as managing his Board and operational responsibilities within EasyDate plc, Max is a non Executive Director of Maxymiser Limited - a world class on line marketing service and a founding Director of IDE Group Limited - a group of Ukrainian consumer facing Internet sites.

Max is a graduate in Medicine and studied at Business School in Ukraine before founding his first enterprises.

Prior to joining Easydate in April 2010, Mark spent 4 years as CFO and COO of Australian Stock Exchange listed Jumbuck Entertainment Ltd, one of the world leaders in mobile chat and dating.

Mark has many years experience with fast growing international businesses having been CFO of Edinburgh based web learning company The Interactive University and listed technology company Memory Corporation plc. Mark has also co-founded a growing software business.

Mark is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in Accountancy and Finance and is a PWC qualified Scottish CA.

George joined Easydate as Chairman and Non-Executive Director in May 2010.

George is also non-executive chairman of AIM-quoted Craneware plc, a leading supplier of revenue cycle software for the US healthcare industry and Corsair Components Inc., a designer and supplier of high-performance components to the PC gaming hardware market, based in Fremont, California. George is also a non-executive director of AIM-quoted drug discovery company Summit Corporation plc, Oxonica plc, a developer of nanomaterials and Scotcloth Limited, a software developer and is based in Edinburgh.

From 2000 to 2007, George was chief financial officer of Wolfson Microelectronics plc, a leading global provider of high performance semiconductors to the consumer electronics market. During his tenure, he oversaw the company gaining entry to the FTSE 250 Index.

Prior to this, he was business development director at McQueen International Ltd (now Sykes), where he was responsible for strategic sales and marketing.

George, formerly a partner of Grant Thornton, is a chartered accountant and is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University in accountancy and finance and is based in Edinburgh..

George is a member of the Remuneration Committee and chairman of the Audit Committee of Easydate Plc.

Martin is the founder and CEO of NetPlayTV plc an interactive TV gaming company. Martin has founded a number of businesses, the first of which was sold to IPC Magazines when he was 19. He has also sold businesses to Scottish Power plc and Zed Worldwide. He is the founder of Monstermob Group a company he floated in 2003, and Cityblock a company he floated in 2005. Martin is 46 years old.

Martin is recognised as one of the North West's leading entrepreneurs. He started his first business at the age of 19, a publishing business that he later went on to sell to IPC Magazines Limited.

Since then he has started numerous businesses including, Megafone, a business he sold to Scottish Power, Monstermob Group plc, a mobile media business that currently employs over 1,000 staff in over 13 countries globally, and Cityblock plc, an alternative student accommodation business.

Martin is a member of the Audit Committee and chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Easydate plc.

Tim Simmonds, Commercial Director, has over 15 years experience working in a wide range of industries which have been focused in the online Sector since 2001. Working with such brands as lastminute.com, GlassesDirect and Marriott; Tim's focus has been on generating strategic relationships particularly in the area of white labelling, technology licensing and distribution partnerships. Tim's expertise, industry knowledge and strong support from the EasyDate team will ensure continued development in this key area of growth.

Tatyana has in-depth knowledge of the online marketing arena and has been responsible for creating and optimising campaigns for several years.

Experienced in customer database management, she has been an instrumental part of the marketing team. Prior to EasyDate, Tatyana worked at Ukrtelecom - one of the biggest telecommunication providers in Eastern Europe.

She has an Honours degree in Information Technology.

Sean Wood is no stranger to successful internet businesses and has had a colourful career spanning across numerous related industries. He arrived at the company after successfully building a network of online retail stores for a national IT reseller and distributor, including EasyDevices.co.uk which is in the top 100 UK retail sites (Hitwise 2007).

Sean has also spent a number of years in the 'offline' media industry with spells in both Spain and Scotland where he initiated and launched a new regional newspaper and magazine titles. During his term as Managing Director at an Edinburgh Publishing house he built up the commercial publishing arm of the company and diversified its interests by introducing a direct marketing division and news agency.

Sean was educated at Edinburgh's Napier University where he gained a degree in Publishing.

Vladimir has over 12 years experience creating and developing a wide variety of complex B2C solutions, from ISPs to online dvd rental systems and online auction security services.

For the past two years, he has been responsible for the technical team at EasyDate, overseeing feature development, functionality and product innovation.

He has a post-graduate degree in Radiophysics and a Master in Computer Science.

Valentin Peltek has over 10 years experience with internet business.

Valentin has extensive experience in SEO optimization, acquired during the 5 years he worked as an SEO specialist, prior to his role in EasyDate. Developer graduated at the Zaporizhzhya State Engineering Academy, Valentin has over 6 years experience in programming and several qualifications in Economics. Valentin joined IDE (now EasyDate) 4 years ago as a developer of a dvdrentalsystem. He then became a Team Leader and has a track record of some successful clients: lovefilm.de, mooxuu.com, videofolies.ch.

As a result of his successful team management and project development Valentin was promoted to the position of CTO of EasyDate.

Now he manages more than 40 people in the EasyDate technical team: developers, testers, SEO specialists across two cities.

Valentin's main focus is to maintain a scalable PHP/mysql environment which provides a trouble-free platform for the business.

Alina Meller is head of the Support department. She has previous experience as head of customer support having spent 3 years in this role with an American company.

Alina graduated from University in Economics and law.
